We proudly ship worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your address.

How will I know when my order ships?

Delivery times can vary based on your location and customs processing times in your country. While we’ve optimized our shipping process, some international destinations naturally require more transit time. Rest assured, we carefully package every order to protect your gear throughout its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium SUP Boards purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your gear, you may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error or defective products, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

How do I care for my paddleboard?
For inflatable boards: Rinse with fresh water after use, allow to dry completely before storage, and store partially inflated or rolled loosely (not folded). Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use.
For hard boards: Rinse after each use, repair any dings promptly, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use board bags for transportation and storage.

What if I have problems with my product after the return window?
